Vitamin G: Are You Getting Enough of It?
We know from decades of research that most chronic diseases are caused from nutrient deficiencies or exposure to toxins. There are many nutrient deficiencies in Americans but most people don’t pay attention to or even recognize one of the most important nutrients, Vitamin “G”.
That Vitamin “G” is GRATITUDE. The month of Thanksgiving is a month of just that, giving thanks and gratitude. Therefore, I thought I would devote this month’s blog to gratitude.
If we look at the definition of gratitude it is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
There are many ways to show gratitude. Some examples of showing gratitude can be through volunteerism and giving to others, showing gratitude to God through prayer, giving gratitude to yourself through meditation and just random acts of kindness.
There are actually many research studies showing the benefits of showing gratitude. Studies have shown that gratitude boosts the immune system, improves mental health, improves relationship, both personal and professional and increases optimism.
Who would not want that?
Veteran’s Day Is Coming Up: The Healthcare of Our Veterans Is a Tragedy
The month of November is also when Veteran’s Day is observed. Veteran’s Day is November 11th every year honoring military veterans from the U.S. Armed Forces. This is especially important since it is the military veterans from the past 246 years that affords us the freedoms and independence all Americans have today.
There is no greater sacrifice than risking and giving your life for others and for your country. We should all work to serve others.
The health and the healthcare of our Veterans is a tragedy and despite the best efforts by our VA and government, many Veterans have to wait months to get care and many times it is too late.
Although many veterans suffer from obvious physical disabilities that require care, there are many with invisible brain injuries from blast trauma, repeated concussions from weapon firing, etc.
With the current rate of suicide by Veterans estimated to be at 22 per day, which many suspect is an under-representation, something must be done.
Grey Team Is Alleviating Suffering with Innovative, Scientific Tools Combined with Basic Fundamentals
That is where the Grey Team comes in www.greyteam.org . Grey Team is a non-profit organization based in Boca Raton Florida. Their mission is to implement solutions for U.S. military active-duty and veterans to reduce and eliminate suicides.
Grey Team programs and services address and correct the systemic root of why our service members and military veterans experience anxiety, and depression, which, left untreated, can ultimately lead to suicide.
Rather than treating their symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs as is standard practice, Grey Team is able to alleviate their mental and physical suffering caused by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), chronic physical pain, poor nutrition, and lifestyle choices, etc., through the use of innovative, cutting-edge scientific tools combined with basic fundamentals.
Grey Team’s comprehensive health and wellness programs directly heal all the invisible wounds of war including, but not limited to: traumatic brain injuries, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, self-medication, and isolation.
To accomplish this goal, Grey Team has built a world-class headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida complete with one-on-one personal training, infrared detoxification, low-level laser therapy, electromagnetic therapy, acupuncture for pain relief, 3D body scanning, community safe-spaces, and much more.
Grey Team is the only privately funded program proven to bring warriors back emotionally, mentally, and physically from battle. Through the generous donations of private citizens and grants, Grey Team continues to offer these therapeutic services to Veterans and active duty service members at no cost.
Supporting Grey Team and Its Mission
I had the great experience to visit Grey Team last week in Boca. I was so impressed with their mission, their treatment modalities and most importantly their results, that we, through Bryan Nitriceuticals have agreed to support their mission.
We will donate our nitric oxide product technologies to Grey Team so their Veterans can continue to heal. We know the power of nitric oxide in supporting blood flow, reducing inflammation and helping the healing process.
Not only will we donate product but we will help and support bringing in new treatment modalities to continue to provide care and support for our veterans so they can heal, get better and prevent suicides. The testimonials we heard from the veterans that have gone through their program brought tears to my eyes.
This is a program that works. To date, they have not lost one Veteran that has entered the program to suicide. The only way it is scalable to other areas is through help from all of us.
For every bottle of NO2U that is purchased using the coupon code GREYTEAM, we will donate one bottle to this organization. This coupon code will also get you 10% off of product and free shipping within the U.S.
These treatment modalities work and together, we will help support innovative new treatment modalities to these veterans who have fought and continue to fight for us. It is time for us to fight for them.
